Open Access publishing programs available to the TUL community in 2026 – as of 07.01.2026.
Currently, the following Open Access publishing programs are still available to authors affiliated with TUL:
- ACM (Association for Computing Machinery) with an unlimited pool of articles;
- RSC (The Royal Society of Chemistry) with an unlimited pool of articles;
- Science Advances (10 articles nationwide - the program may be discontinued if, in the first quarter of 2026, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education does not grant funding for the Science Advances license for 2026.);
- SCOAP3 with an unlimited pool of articles.
In 2026, the following open publishing programs will also be launched for TUL:
Under a national license:
- Elsevier (The program will be resumed after the Ministry of Science and Higher Education grants funding for 2026 and a new agreement with Elsevier is signed. The program is scheduled to resume in May 2026.);
- Springer (The program will be resumed in 2026 after the Ministry of Science and Higher Education grants funding for 2026. The program is scheduled to resume in April 2026).
Under consortium licenses:
- ACS (American Chemical Society) with a pool of approximately 470 articles nationwide;
- IOP Publishing (Institute of Physics) with an unlimited pool of articles.
